Norwest Venture Partners has acquired 17.78% stake in Ummeed Housing Finance consisting of a combination of primary investment and secondary acquisition.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Norwest Venture Partners.

The transaction team was led by Partners Puja Sondhi and Nivedita Tiwari, Nandini Seth (Principal Associate), Shambhawi Mishra (Senior Associate) and Meghna De (Associate).
