Sahai, K Law act on Relove pre-seed funding round

Approximately ₹5.71 crore (US $700,000) has been raised through the funding round.

Relove (India), a leading tech platform that helps brands recycle by enabling a resale programme, has raised approx. ₹5.71 crores (US$700,000) in a pre-seed funding round.

The round was led by Hearth Ventures with participation from Blume Ventures and angel investors – Anita Dongre, Aakrit Vaish and Utsav Agarwal.

Sahai & Co represented Relove and its founders, Kirti Poonia and Prateek Gupte in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Savyasachi K. Sahai (Partner) and Kushagra Aman (Associate).

Relove plans to use this investment to help more brands become circular, expand its product to additional categories, and launch its offline takeback programme in physical stores.
