JSA had also previously advised Hero on its collaboration with Harley Davidson, which has been in place since October 2020.

This collaboration allows Hero MotoCorp to sell and service Harley-Davidson motorcycles in India, leveraging their extensive distribution network and local market expertise. For Harley-Davidson, this partnership offers a more accessible entry point into the price-sensitive Indian market, potentially boosting sales and expanding their reach.

The collaboration also involves the co-development of new motorcycles, combining Harley-Davidson's brand prestige and engineering prowess with Hero MotoCorp's cost-effective manufacturing capabilities and understanding of the Indian consumer. This is expected to result in models tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the Indian market.
