Shark Tank fame Orbo sells Superscan to Niyogin: AP & Partners advise

Orbo featured in the third season of Shark Tank India and secured a funding of Rs. 1 Crore from Sugar Cosmetics founder Vineeta Singh.

Niyogin Fintech Limited is acquiring AI-based platform “SuperScan” from Orbo (Modaviti eMarketing Private Limited) through its wholly owned subsidiary Niyogin AI Private Limited.

AP & Partners advised Niyogin and its wholly-owned subsidiary on this deal. As part of the transaction, the firm carried out the legal due diligence of Orbo and assisted in the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of the definitive documentation.

The transaction team consisted of Dushyant Kumar (Partner), Arjun Sinha (Partner), Siddhartha Tandon (Senior Associate), Vaivaswatha Yagani (Associate) and Kapil Vats (Associate).
