The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR) at the Jindal Global Law School collaboration with the Singapore International Mediation Institute is organising the 8th lecture of the CADR Guest Lecture Series, 2021.

The 8th lecture in the series "Future of Internationalism and International Law" shall be hosted on the 21st of April, 2021, Wednesday, at 15:00 hours IST. The topic of discussion is "How to win cases before the International Court of Justice in the 21st Century" by Robert Volterra.

About the Speaker

Robert G. Volterra is a Partner at Volterra Fietta and Visiting Professor of Law at University College London. Professor Volterra advises and represents governments, international organizations, and private clients on a wide range of international law issues. He acts as counsel and sits as an adjudicator in international disputes around the world, including commercial and investor-State arbitration.
