TN Chief Minister MK Stalin says ₹3 crore to be allocated for translating Madras High Court judgments to Tamil

In a statement issued in Tamil, the Chief Minister said that allocation of such funds is “in line with the Tamil Nadu government’s position that Tamil should be made the official language of the Madras High Court.”

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Monday announced the State government will allocate ₹3 crore to the State Official Language (Legislative) Commission for translating the judgments of the Madras High Court from English to Tamil.
