Threat to judge? Punjab and Haryana High Court summons Chandigarh SSP Security for contradictory stand
The Court has been hearing a suo motu case related to the judge's safety since a gun belonging to his personal security officer (PSO) was snatched by a person at Golden Temple in September 2024.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Thursday directed Chandigarh SSP (Security & Traffic) Sumer Pratap Singh to remain present before it next week to explain his contradictory stand on the threat perception against a High Court judge.
