Kerala Police has registered a first information report (FIR) over a theft which took place at the residence of Kerala High Court judge Justice A Badharudeen on June 23. .Gold jewellery of around six sovereigns was stolen. The theft took place between 9 am and 12 pm on June 23. The FIR was registered under Section 305 (theft) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) based on a complaint filed by the private secretary.
