The Supreme Court on Tuesday stayed proceedings in a First Information Report (FIR) filed against former world junior number 1 badminton player Lakshya Sen and others over allegations that his birth certificate was forged to allow him to compete in junior badminton tournaments [Chirag Sen & Anr.v. State of Karnataka & Anr.].
