Supreme Court Collegium recommends Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya as Delhi High Court Chief Justice

The Collegium has recommended that Justice Upadhyaya, who is presently the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court be transferred to the Delhi High Court.
