In a major reshuffle in the higher judiciary, the Supreme Court Collegium is considering transfer of 14 High Court judges..Among those proposed to be transferred include Justice Arun Monga, who was only last month transferred to Delhi High Court from Rajasthan High Court. His parent High Court is Punjab and Haryana.The Collegium also plans to recommended the transfer of Justice Atul Sreedharan, the senior-most judge at Madhya Pradesh High Court after Chief Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva, to Chhattisgarh High Court. However, Supreme Court Collegium is yet to release a public statement on the proposed transfers. On May 26, the Collegium had recommended transfer of 22 judges. On the same day, the Chief Justices of four High Courts were recommended to be changed.
