Supreme Court Collegium interacts with 54 candidates in 2 days to fill High Court judge vacancies
Sources close to the Collegium confirmed that the body responsible for judicial appointments interacted with 20 candidates on the first day and 34 on the second day.
The Supreme Court Collegium comprising Chief Justice of India (CJI) BR Gavai and Justices Surya Kant and Vikram Nath interacted with 54 candidates for High Court judgeship over the past two days.
