The appeals filed by the West Bengal government challenging the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into school jobs for cash scam will be decided dispassionately and without going into any political issues, the Supreme Court said on Monday [State of West Bengal v. Baishakhi Bhattacharyya Chatterjee & Ors.].
