Remarks about Sikhs: Allahabad High Court reserves verdict on Rahul Gandhi's plea
A sessions court had on July 22 directed a Magistrate to re-hear the plea seeking registration of an FIR against Gandhi for his remarks. Gandhi then moved the High Court against the sessions court order.
The Allahabad High Court on Wednesday reserved its verdict in the petition filed by Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi against a Varanasi court’s order against him over his remarks concerning the plight of the Sikh community.
