PIL in Madras High Court claims naming three new criminal laws in Hindi, Sanskrit is unconstitutional

The PIL filed by a Thoothukudi based lawyer said that such Hindi and Sanskrit nomenclature is unconstitutional and in breach of Article 348(1)(a) of the Constitution.

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition has been filed before the Madras High Court to strike down Hindi and Sanskrit names given to the three new criminal laws as unconstitutional.
