The Calcutta High Court on Monday said that the cases seeking independent probe into the gang-rape of a law student in her college in Kolkata will be taken up once they are filed. .Several advocates mentioned the matter before a Division Bench of Justices Soumen Sen and Smita Das De for urgent hearing.
