The Patna High Court recently ordered the Bihar government to immediately act against the trafficking of children in orchestra, dance and theatre groups. .A Bench of Acting Chief Justice Ashutosh Kumar and Justice Partha Sarthy passed the order. The Court also sought the State government's response to a public interest litigation (PIL) petition highlighting that children are being trafficked and exploited under the guise of working in performing groups.
