Mumbai court issues contempt notice to Sundar Pichai over YouTube's failure to takedown video

An Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court at Ballard Pier in Mumbai on November 21 issued notice to Google's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sundar Pichai over YouTube's failure to take down an allegedly defamatory video against NGO Dhyan Foundation and its founder Yogi Ashwini [Dhyan Foundation Vs Chief Executive Officer, Google LLC].
