Use proper words, be submissive in communications to superiors: Bombay High Court warns magistrate

The High Court took exception after the magistrate implied that a communication sent to him from the High Court's registry was delayed because it was sent by post.

The Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court recently issued a stern warning to a Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), after the magistrate hinted that there was a delay in receiving a communication because the High Court's Registry had sent it through post instead of email [Sunita w/o.
