The Telangana High Court recently directed the State authorities to make "sincere endeavor" to adhere to the norms laid down by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Bar Council of India (BCI) for the swift completion of the admission process in law courses offered by colleges in the State [A. Bhaskar Reddy v. Bar Council of India & Others].
