The Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected the petition filed by Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao seeking quashing of the first information report (FIR) lodged against him in connection with the Formula E race funding case.
