Supreme Court grants relief to Kerala journalist in case over derogatory video

In a video uploaded on his YouTube channel ‘Crime Online’, Nandakumar TP had allegedly made derogatory and sexually coloured remarks against former politician Sindhu Joy.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted interim anticipatory bail to a Kerala-based freelance journalist Nandakumar TP, who is accused of uploading a derogatory video against Sindhu Joy, a former politician [Nandakumar T.P. v. State of Kerala & Anr].
