Supreme Court lawyers applying for senior gown can submit reported judgments older than 5 years: Committee for Designation of Senior Advocates

The development came about after the executive committee of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) had met Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud yesterday in this regard.

The Supreme Court Committee for Designation of Senior Advocates on Friday allowed advocates applying for senior gown to submit reported judgments, details of their work as amicus curiae and pro bono services rendered before 5 years.
