An alumnus of Campus Law Centre Delhi University, Hariharan has over 38 years of practice. He was designated as Senior Advocate in 2013. The other two candidates - Senior Advocate Abhijat garnered 1,429 votes and Senior Advocate Vivek Sood garnered 339 votes. .Senior Advocate Sacchin Puri has been elected Vice President of the DHCBA. She served as the Member Executive of DHCBA between 2019 to 2022..For the Joint Secretary position, Advocate Kunal Malhotra won with a total of 3,381 votes.He was followed by advocate Anurag Rawal with 2,222 votes, advocate Pradeep Gahlot with 1,199 and advocate Amit Grover with 402 votes.Malhotra has practiced for 15 years on criminal side..The election was held at the premises of the Delhi High Court on March 21 by ballot.
