The polls were held on March 21..Senior Advocate N Hariharan secured 2,967 votes and won by a margin of 87 votes. Senior Advocate Kirti Uppal came second with 2,880 votes. An alumnus of Campus Law Centre Delhi University, Hariharan has over 38 years of practice. He was designated as Senior Advocate in 2013. The other two candidates - Senior Advocate Abhijat garnered 1,429 votes and Senior Advocate Vivek Sood garnered 339 votes. .Senior Advocate Sacchin Puri has been elected Vice President of the DHCBA. He secured 4,515 votes. He was designated as Senior Advocate in 2016.Puri holds a Political Science degree from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College and LLB degree from Delhi University. The other candidates - Advocate Shyam Sharma and Senior Advocate Inderbir Singh Alagh secured 1,895 and 1,080 votes respectively..For the Secretary position, advocate Vikram Singh Panwar has been elected with 4,389 votes. Advocate Mohit Gupta came second and secured 2,958 votes. Meanwhile, Advocate Anil Kathuria secured 152 votes. Panwar graduated from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University..Advocate Kanika Singh has been elected as the Treasurer. Singh won with 4,493 votes to defeat Advocate Zeba Khair who garnered 2,040 votes. Advocate Kusum Dhalla came third with 895 votes.Singh graduated from Lady Shri Ram College and went on to study law at Campus Law Center, Delhi University. She served as the Member Executive of DHCBA between 2019 to 2022..For the Joint Secretary position, Advocate Kunal Malhotra won with a total of 3,381 votes.He was followed by advocate Anurag Rawal with 2,222 votes, advocate Pradeep Gahlot with 1,199 and advocate Amit Grover with 402 votes.Malhotra has practiced for 15 years on criminal side..The election was held at the premises of the Delhi High Court on March 21 by ballot.
