The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Mumbai recently issued notice to Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) in an insolvency petition filed by Mega Pipes seeking initiation of the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) against the infrastructure major over dues of ₹7 crore.
