Men too affected by cruelty of women in marital disputes: Karnataka High Court
The Court made the observation while dismissing a transfer petition filed by a woman who claimed that the court where her divorce proceedings were currently pending, was 130 kilometres away from her residence.
The Karnataka High Court recently observed that while women were most often the primary victims in cases of marital disputes, men too were affected in such cases and therefore, a “gender neutral society” is the need of the hour.
