Former Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India Vinod Rai tendered an unconditional apology to former Congress Member of Parliament Sanjay Nirupam in a defamation case filed by the latter in Delhi’s Patiala House District Court (Sanjay Nirupam v. Vinod Rai).
