Delhi High Court sets aside trial court order to register FIR against VHP president Alok Kumar for inciting violence against minorities

A complaint was filed by activist Harsh Mander stating that the VHP chief had incited violence in Delhi's Lal Kuan area after alleged vandalisation of a temple.

The Delhi High Court on Friday set aside a trial court order directing Delhi Police to register a First Information Report (FIR) against Vishwa Hindu Parishad working president Alok Kumar for allegedly inciting violence against members of the Muslim community.
