A Bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and AS Bopanna passed the order allowing Parekh relaxation from January 27, 2022 till the end of February 2022.

The Supreme Court of India on Monday allowed stockbroker Ketan Parekh, who has been convicted in the Canfina Mutual Fund scam, to travel to United Kingdom to attend to his daughter's medical needs.
