The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday ordered action against two judicial officers for their failure to offer a lawyer to an unrepresented accused in a case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act [Sudhar Mangar v. The State of West Bengal].
