Bombay High Court stays ₹4.5 crore costs on Patanjali Ayurved in trademark case

A Bench led by Justices AS Chandurkar and Rajesh Patil stayed the single-judge's July order in the matter, but allowed ₹50 lakhs already deposited by Patanjali to be retained with the court.
