KSMCC calls for list of pending Kerala High Court, district court cases to be referred to mediation
This is part of the 'Mediation For the Nation' campaign, a 90-day mediation drive launched by the National Legal Services Authority in association with the Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee of the Supreme Court.
The Kerala State Mediation and Conciliation Centre has called for a list of cases pending before the Kerala High Court or district courts in the State which can be referred to mediation.
