Karnataka judge Vishwanath V Mugathi passed away on Monday following a heart attack at the age of 43..He was serving as the Third Additional Senior Civil Judge at Kalaburagi.Judge Vishwanath, who reported for duty as usual in the morning, suffered a cardiac arrest before proceeding to the courtroom. He reportedly passed away while being taken to the hospital.Previously posted in Banahatti, Bagalkot, Judge Vishwanath had recently been transferred to Kalaburagi district..Having joined the judicial service in 2014, he served in various postings including Shivamogga, Hubballi, Gangavathi and Channagiri. He is survived by his wife and daughter.
