Karnataka High Court stays SC/ST case against Infosys co-founder, IISC director

The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday temporarily stayed the First Information Report (FIR) registered by the Bengaluru police against Infosys co-founder Senapathy Kris Gopalakrishnan, former Indian Institute of Science (IISc) director Balaram P and sixteen others under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
