The Central government cleared the same on January 17..January 11, 2025.The Collegium on January 11 recommended the appointment of four judicial officers as judges of Telangana High Court. The persons recommended were Renuka Yara, Narsing Rao Nandikonda, Tirumala Devi Eada @ Thirupathamma K and Madhusudhan Rao Bobbili Ramaiah.On the same date, the Collegium also recommended the names of two judicial officers - Avadhanam Hari Haranadha Sarma and Dr. Yadavalli Lakshmana Rao - for appointment as judges of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.The Central government cleared all four appointments to the Telangana High Court and both the names recommended for elevation to the Andhra Pradesh High Court on January 22..Thus, the Supreme Court Collegium passed 5 resolutions in January 2025 in which it made recommendations with respect to 11 judges. All these recommendations were promptly cleared by the Central government.
