Jammu Bar writes to J&K LG, CM as Advocate General post continues to remain vacant for 6 months
According to media reports, the position has remained vacant due to an impasse between the Lieutenant Governor’s office and Omar Abdullah-led government.
Jammu & Kashmir High Court Bar Association (Jammu) in a letter to J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, has demanded urgent appointment of Advocate General in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
