Jammu & Kashmir High Court disbars lawyer who practiced with fake law degree for 15 years
The man was enrolled as an advocate in 2009 and had been appearing before various courts before a probe discovered that his law degree was not genuine.
The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has revoked the enrolment of a Srinagar-based man after it was discovered he had used a fake law degree to practice as an advocate for over 15 years.
