The Delhi High Court on Monday asked whether setting up protest sites against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA) was sufficient for the Delhi Police to invoke Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) against accused in the Delhi riots conspiracy case.
