Before that he was working with IDBI. He has over 20 years of experience as in-house counsel..In May, Nilanjan Sinha, former Head of Corporate Advisory at Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd, joined ICICI Bank..It is understood that Sinha joined as second-in-command at the legal department, and will eventually replace Sanker Parameswaran, who presently serves as Head of Corporate Legal Group at ICICI Bank.
