Human teeth not 'dangerous weapon' under IPC: Bombay High Court

The Bombay High Court recently held that human teeth cannot be considered as a 'dangerous' weapon under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which criminalises voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons [Tanaji Shivaji Solankar and Ors v. State of Maharashtra].
