Hearings in Karnataka High Court halted for an hour after Bar protests proposed transfer of 4 judges

The Advocates Association, Bengaluru on Tuesday resolved to abstain from work for an hour to protest the Collegium recommendation to transfer four judges of the Karnataka High Court.
