Delhi High Court grants relief to Moti Mahal in trademark suit against ex-franchisee

Moti Mahal alleged that its former franchisee SRMJ was continuing its operations under the name of 'Moti Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail'. Moti Mahal also alleged that the ex-franchisee was using the mark 'Moti Mahal Delux'.
