DSLSA should ensure legal aid counsel show up for court hearings assigned to them: Delhi High Court
The Court directed DSLSA to set up a monitoring mechanism to ensure this, as well as a grievance redressal mechanism for litigants to report instances where legal aid counsel fail to appear.
