Vara Gaur has joined Saga Legal as a Partner in Litigation & Disputes practice. Gaur will lead disputes related to Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT), given her extensive experience in technology-driven commercial litigation, platform liability, data privacy, and arbitrations..A graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Gaur also holds a BBA degree from Amity University. .Over the years, she has represented a wide spectrum of clients, from global technology majors to Indian digital startups, in complex, high-stakes disputes before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, arbitral tribunals, and sectoral regulators.
