The Founder, Sumit Khadaria is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi.
He has half a decade of experience, before the Supreme Court, High Court and Tribunals in India. He has advised and represented a wide array of clients in online gaming, e-commerce, Logistics, Fintech, Banking, manufacturers, exporters and trading concerns, real estate and industry associations in some high stake and contentious matters predominantly in taxation and allied areas. He also advised senior management/CXOs in investigations, search and seizure conducted by DGGI/GST authorities.
Khadaria also acts as a trusted counsel to various family businesses on family settlements, minimizing business conflicts, induction of next generation in the business, exits of family members, strategizing finances in matrimonial breakdown etc.
