Shalini Saxena is set to rejoin Pine Labs as a General Counsel even as the company heads towards an Initial Public Offering (IPO). .Pine Labs has recently filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise funds via IPO. Confirming the development, Saxena said, "It’s a privilege to return and help complete the journey we set in motion years ago.".Saxena is a 2000 graduate of Delhi University. She also earned her LL.M. from the same University.She has 25 years of experience in both litigation and corporate law. Prior to joining the corporate sector, she was a Partner with a Delhi-based law firm, working as a panel litigating lawyer in Delhi for various government bodies.
