Singapore-based international commercial disputes specialist Sapna Jhangiani KC has joined Blackstone Chambers in London..The first woman lawyer in Singapore to be appointed as a King's Counsel in England, Jhangiani has substantial advocacy experience in both litigation and arbitration.Formerly a partner at Clyde & Co, practising in Dubai and then Singapore, she served as International Legal Counsel at the Singapore Attorney-General’s Chambers for three years and is now retained on the Panel of Advisors to the Attorney-General..In November, Jhangiani was sworn in as a part-time judge of the Court of Appeal of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts..Jhangiani was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1999, Singapore in 2019 and BVI in 2024.
