She will be based in Delhi-NCR office..Sahay is an alumnus of National Law Institute University, Bhopal and pursued her LL.M. from The London School of Economics and Political Science..She has over two decades of experience in handling a broad range of deals in the energy and infrastructure sector throughout the value chain – starting from M&A, bid advisory services to structuring of the project SPV/company incorporation, contract execution, land acquisition, assisting with obtaining statutory approvals, licenses and permits, operational issues and challenges alongside dispute.
