She began her career with GE Infrastructure – Water & Process Technologies and went on to lead legal functions for major multinational ventures, advising on cross-border transactions and governance across the US, UK, Europe, India, and Asia-Pacific..A Fletcher School graduate in International Relations, Sibal has represented global issues of conflict resolution, law, and diplomacy at the World Economic Forum, the United Nations, and the World Bank.
