After starting his career at the Bar, Jain spent over a decade in private practice at two leading international firms. He has advised, represented, and conducted advocacy for corporations and States in complex, high-value commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under all major arbitral rules (LCIA, ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, UNCITRAL and ICSID) and across a broad range of sectors.
